The LC1F7804FE7: The 1600 A AC-1 rating governs the continuous current-carrying capacity for resistive loads at ≤440 V AC. The 4 NO power poles are all normally-open; for applications needing NC poles or auxiliary contacts, those must be added externally. Control voltage limits are 0.85–1.1 Uc for pickup and 0.2–0.4 Uc for dropout at 55 °C — the coil will hold in down to about 98 V AC and drop out below about 46 V AC. Plate mounting is required; this is not a DIN-rail part. The 862 mm width and 434 mm height mean the panel cutout and enclosure depth must accommodate the full 255 mm depth plus wiring clearance for the 100 x 5 mm busbar connections.
The contactor is designed and tested to IEC 60947-4-1 and EN 60947-4-1, the standards for contactors and motor-starters. It also carries JIS C8201-4-1 compliance. Rated insulation voltage is 1000 V per IEC 60947-4-1 and 1500 V per VDE 0110 group C. Impulse withstand voltage is 8 kV, overvoltage category III. The front face achieves IP20 with shrouds fitted, per IEC 60529 and VDE 0106.
Physical Integration
Plate-mount only. Power circuit connections use bars with a 100 x 5 mm busbar cross-section; tightening torque is 58 N.m. Control circuit wiring uses screw-clamp terminals accepting 1–4 mm² flexible or solid (1 or 2 cables), torqued to 1.2 N.m. Ambient operating range is -5 to 55 °C; storage range is -60 to 80 °C. Protective treatment is TH for tropical environments.
