The LC1G185EHEN: The coil is 48–130 V AC/DC with built-in bidirectional peak limiting — no external varistor or RC snubber needed across the coil terminals. Holds in at 48 V, drops out cleanly below that threshold, and the integrated suppression keeps conducted noise off the control bus. Mechanical durability is 8 Mcycles, and the maximum operating rate hits 600 cyc/h in AC-3 or AC-3e duty. For resistive loads (AC-1) rate drops to 300 cyc/h; for severe plugging or inching (AC-4) it's 150 cyc/h. These numbers tell you the contactor will outlast most machinery if the duty cycle stays within those limits.
Mounting & Terminations
Power circuit connections accept bar (25 x 6 mm busbar), ring terminals up to 185 mm², or bolted lugs. Tightening torque is 159.3 lbf·in (18 N·m) — a ¾-inch crows-foot on a torque wrench is the usual tool. Mounting is on a flat plate, 4.3 in (108 mm) wide, 7.6 in (193 mm) deep, with a 1.4 in (35 mm) connection pitch between phases. The IP2X front face with shrouds meets IEC 60529 and VDE 0106, so accidental contact with live parts is blocked during panel access.
The coil voltage range (48–130 V) covers standard control voltages without a separate coil variant. Sourced to order; our supply chain supports quoted delivery timelines.
