Product details

The Schneider LC1G2654LSEA is a TeSys Giga 4-pole contactor rated for 265 A in AC-3 duty. The coil accepts 200-500 V AC or DC, with rated insulation voltage 1000 V and overvoltage category III.

Mounts on a plate (not DIN rail). Power terminals accept bars up to 32×10 mm, busbars, or lug-ring terminals up to 185 mm². Tightening torque for power connections is 35 N·m. Connection pitch is 45 mm. IP2X shrouded front face. Overall footprint: 290 mm high, 185 mm wide, 226 mm deep.

Coil and performance

Coil uses built-in bidirectional peak limiting for snubbing. Pickup is from 0.8 to 1.1 Uc; dropout occurs between 0.1 and 0.45 Uc at 60 °C. Closing time 40…70 ms, opening 15…50 ms. Mechanical durability is 8 million cycles. Maximum operating rate: 600 cycles/h in AC-3, 300 in AC-1. Power dissipation per pole: 20 W at AC-1 (385 A Ith), 11 W at AC-3 (265 A Ith). Associated fuse range: 250-450 A depending on type.
