The LC1G265EHEA is a 3-pole TeSys Giga contactor sized for switching motor loads up to 132 kW at 400 V AC (AC-3e) or 200 kW at 690 V AC (AC-3e). AC-4 ratings for inching and plugging match the same 132 kW at 400 V, meaning the same current capability across heavy-duty cycles. Built-in bidirectional peak limiting coil reduces inrush stress; control circuit accepts 48–130 V AC/DC with 360 W inrush power. Mechanical durability is rated at 8 Mcycles, and the contactor carries B10d values of 400,000 cycles at nominal load and 3,000,000 cycles at mechanical load per EN/ISO 13849-1.
Mounts via plate; overall dimensions 290 x 140 x 226 mm (HxWxD). Power circuit connections are bolted, accepting busbars up to 32x10 mm or ring lugs up to 185 mm². Control circuit uses push-in terminals for 0.2–2.5 mm² stranded or solid wire. Front face with IP2X protection (IEC 60529, VDE 0106) when shrouds are fitted. Power dissipation per pole is 20 W in AC-1 at Ith 385 A and 11 W in AC-3 at Ith 265 A. Maximum operating rate: 600 cyc/h for AC-3 and AC-3e, 300 cyc/h for AC-1, 150 cyc/h for AC-4.
