The 1 NO built-in auxiliary contact gives you a feedback signal for the PLC or a seal-in circuit without adding a side-mount block.
AC-3e is the same curve optimised for energy-efficient motors with higher inrush. The AC-1 resistive rating of 20 A covers heater banks or lighting contactor applications, but the electrical durability drops to 0.16 Mcycles at that load, so it's not a continuous-duty power contactor. For AC-4 (plugging/reversing) the rating is 54 A at ≤440 V, but expect only 0.02 Mcycles — this is not a reversing contactor for frequent jogging.
