The LC1K16016Q7 is a TeSys K three-pole contactor from Schneider Electric, rated for 16 A operational current in AC-3 duty (≤440 V) and 20 A in AC-1. It carries one normally-closed auxiliary contact built in. Motor power capability spans the voltage range: up to 7.5 kW at 380–415 V AC, 5.5 kW at 440 V, 4 kW at 480 V, 4 kW at 500–600 V, 4 kW at 660–690 V, and 4 kW at 220–230 V — all at 50/60 Hz.
AC-1 rating (20 A) covers resistive loads like heaters or lighting. The short-time withstand current (Icw) of 115 A for 1 second on the power circuit tells you the contactor can ride through a fault until an upstream breaker clears, without welding its contacts. Flame retardance V1 per UL 94 means the housing will self-extinguish within 30 seconds if ignited — a standard requirement for panel components in most industrial and commercial installations. Heat dissipation is only 1.3 W, so it won't contribute much thermal load inside a sealed enclosure — useful when you're packing several contactors on a DIN rail.
