It carries a conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) of 20 A at 50 °C and a rated operational current (Ie) of 20 A at ≤440 V, 16 A at <70 °C, and 16 A at 690 V AC. The coil is 200 V DC, with an operational voltage range of 0.8 to 1.15 Uc and a drop-out range of 0.1 to 0.75 Uc below 50 °C. Rated breaking capacity reaches 110 A at 440 V, 80 A at 500 V, and 70 A at 660–690 V per IEC 60947. Rated making capacity is 144 A AC for the power circuit. The contactor is rated for impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) of 8 kV and insulation voltage (Ui) of 600 V per UL 508 / 690 V per IEC 60947-4-1. For safety-related applications, the B10d value is 1,369,863 cycles at nominal load and 20,000,000 cycles at mechanical load per EN/ISO 13849-1.
Screw-clamp terminals accept a Philips No 2 or flat 6 mm screwdriver at 1.3 N·m torque. The 4-pole configuration with all NO contacts suits resistive load switching in control panels where galvanic isolation of multiple load circuits is needed.
