Torque and speed profile across supply voltages
The SH31401P01F1200: Nominal speed varies with the supply: 750 rpm on 115 V single phase, 1500 rpm on 230 V single phase, 3000 rpm on 400 V three phase, and 3600 rpm on 480 V three phase. The maximum mechanical speed is 4000 rpm. Nominal torque also shifts by voltage: 10.95 N·m at 115 V single phase, 10.6 N·m at 230 V single phase, 9.2 N·m at 400 V three phase, and 8.4 N·m at 480 V three phase. Continuous stall torque is 11.1 N·m across the 115–480 V three-phase range. Peak stall torque reaches 27 N·m (115–480 V three phase), and the holding brake delivers 23 N·m — enough to hold the load on a vertical axis without power.
Encoder, feedback, and environmental sealing
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a homing cycle on power-up — the drive reads the absolute position from the encoder's multi-turn count. IP65 on the motor body and shaft bushing, IP67 on the housing per IEC 60034-5 — the motor withstands washdown and wet environments. The straight electrical connector mates with a standard cable gland.

Natural convection cooling — no external fan. The motor relies on its own surface area and the machine's airflow for heat dissipation.
