What it is — active, HVAC/pumping controller

The TM172PDG28R: Carries 28 mixed I/O: 8 digital inputs (24 V AC/DC, sink or source), 8 analog inputs configurable by pair (voltage 0–10 V, current 0/4–20 mA, NTC/Pt1000), 4 analog outputs (2 voltage, 2 configurable as voltage/current/PWM), and 8 relay outputs (mix of SPDT/SPST, 1 A or 3 A). Ethernet port supports Modbus TCP and BACnet IP with an embedded webserver; two RS-485 ports handle Modbus serial or BACnet MS/TP. Also includes a CAN port, USB host and device ports. Runs on 24 V AC/DC ±10% AC / 20–38 V DC, drawing 15 W at full load. Backlit LCD (128×64) gives local status without a separate HMI.

Fit and environment
