Product details

The TM200CE24T carries four high-speed inputs (I0, I1, I6, I7) with 5 µs turn-on and 5 µs turn-off, plus four fast inputs (I2 to I5) at 35 µs/100 µs. Those numbers govern how tight an encoder or proximity pulse you can capture without missing edges. For regular inputs I8–I13, turn-on is 35 µs, turn-off 100 µs — fine for pushbuttons or limit switches but not for sub-millisecond events. Output response on Q0–Q9 is 1 ms on and off; for the high-speed PWM/PLS channels Q0–Q1 the switching frequency goes to 100 kHz, so you can generate a clean pulse train for a stepper driver or a PWM valve signal directly from the controller. The high-speed counter modes — single phase, pulse/direction, quadrature (x1, x2, x4), CW/CCW — all run at 100 kHz. That covers most incremental encoders up to a few thousand RPM without an external counting module.
