The Telemecanique XS8C4A1PCG13TT is a flat-form inductive proximity sensor with a 5-position turret head, giving you flexible detection orientation in tight spaces. Its 40 x 40 x 117 mm body mounts with fixed screw terminals, so the panel wiring stays clean. Output is 4-wire PNP at 10-58 VDC, no-load current draw under 15 mA. Switching frequency holds up to 300 Hz with a repeatability of ≤3% of Sr — fast enough for counting cycles on a pick-and-place or checking part presence on a conveyor. Survives washdown, high-pressure spray, and temporary submersion. The 1.6 cm sensing range is dead-front through a PBT face, so install flush or non-flush depending on your target material. Supply-on and output-state LEDs (green and yellow) give immediate visual feedback during commissioning.
