Motor ratings and physical fit
The 1FL2306-2AC11-0HB0: Rated 1 kW at 2000 rpm from a 400 V three-phase supply. Holding torque is 5 Nm; rated torque is 4.78 Nm. The 65 mm shaft height and plain shaft with N tolerance (no keyway) define the mechanical interface to the load — the coupling bore and keyless clamping hub must match this shaft diameter and tolerance class. IP65 protection with an oil seal on the output shaft means the motor body withstands washdown and coolant splash in machine-tool or packaging-line environments. The holding brake holds the vertical axis at power-off — budget the brake release time into the drive parameterisation. The 17-bit absolute encoder (AS17bit) with an angular connector mates directly to the SINAMICS S200 drive. No separate encoder cable adapter is needed — the drive reads the absolute position on power-up without a homing sequence.
