The 1FL2310-0AC11-0HB0 is a SIMOTICS S-1FL2 servomotor rated 2.5 kW at 2000 rpm, delivering 11.9 Nm continuous torque and 12.6 Nm peak starting torque. The 90 mm shaft height and plain shaft (tolerance N) match the standard mounting footprint for this frame class — the motor bolts directly to the machine base without adapter plates. It is the matched motor for the SINAMICS S200 drive family, meaning the drive's autotuning and encoder feedback are pre-configured for this rotor inertia and winding set. The 17-bit AS17bit absolute encoder gives 131,072 counts per revolution — enough resolution for positioning down to a few arc-minutes on a direct-coupled load.
IP65 with oil seal — washdown and coolant exposure
IP65 protection with an oil seal at the shaft exit means the motor body withstands hose-directed water and coolant splash — standard for food processing, packaging, and machine-tool environments where cutting fluid or washdown is routine. The angular connector exits at 90° to keep the cable clear of chip flow and reduce the bend radius stress at the gland plate. The holding brake holds the vertical axis at power-off — rated for the 11.9 Nm continuous torque, so a Z-axis or gravity-loaded rotary table stays put when the drive disables.
