2.5 kW servo motor for SINAMICS S200
The SIMOTICS S-1FL2 servomotor 1FL2310-0AC01-0HB0 delivers 2.5 kW continuous power at 2000 rpm rated speed, with a rated torque of 11.9 Nm and a standstill torque of 12.6 Nm. This puts it squarely in the mid-range of the 1FL2 family — sized for applications like pick-and-place, packaging, and material handling where the load demands sustained torque without oversizing the frame.
IP65 with oil seal — washdown-ready
The housing carries IP65 protection with an integrated oil seal on the shaft, so the motor withstands direct spray and condensation in food-processing or wet machining environments. The plain shaft (tolerance N) accepts a keyed coupling or clamping hub; no keyway means no stress-riser at the shaft shoulder, which matters for high-cycle reversing loads. Shaft height is 90 mm, matching the standard flange pattern for this frame size. The angular connector exits at 90° to the motor axis, keeping the cable bundle tight against the machine frame — a detail that simplifies cable routing in confined panels or moving gantries.
AS17 bit encoder — single-turn absolute
The built-in AS17 bit encoder provides single-turn absolute position feedback — 131,072 counts per revolution — which is sufficient for most servo positioning loops without a multi-turn battery backup. It communicates directly with the SINAMICS S200 drive via the standard motor feedback interface, so commissioning is plug-and-play: the drive auto-detects the encoder type and loads the matching motor data set.
