Mounting is screw-and-snap-on, so you can either bolt it to a backplate or clip it onto a DIN rail without tools. The IP20 front protection means it's finger-safe for panel builders, but it's not rated for washdown — keep it inside an enclosure.
The 10 A rating at 24 V is the continuous thermal current for the contacts — that's the limit for resistive loads like indicator lamps or small relay coils. For inductive loads like contactor coils or solenoid valves, derate to the AC-15 values: 6 A at 230 V, 3 A at 400 V, 1 A at 690 V. Those are the switching capacities you'd use for a motor starter or valve manifold. The 30 million mechanical operations typical life means this contactor will outlast most machines you put it in, even at a few cycles per minute. The low-level contact reliability — one incorrect operation per 100 million at 17 V, 1 mA — tells you it can handle dry circuits from a PLC output without needing a separate interface relay. The shock resistance of 10g at 5 ms handles the vibration you'd see on a conveyor or pump skid.
Integration notes
Strip length is standard 8-10 mm for screw clamps. That helps when you're squeezing it into a tight corner of a panel. The auxiliary switch extension option (listed as "Yes") means you can add more contacts later without replacing the whole block.
