The 3RT2015-1AB01-1AA0: The 45 mm width and 73 mm depth fit the S00 footprint, which is the smallest frame in the SIRIUS contactor family, sized for light-to-medium duty applications up to around 7.5 kW at 400 V AC-3.
The coil holds at 24 V DC nominal with a holding power draw of 0.25 A at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The screw-type terminals accept solid or stranded wire from 0.5 to 4 mm², and also allow two-conductor wiring: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm² — useful for daisy-chaining control voltage across multiple contactors in a panel. Maximum operating cycles per hour vary by duty: 1,000/h for AC-1 resistive loads, 750/h for AC-2 and AC-3 motor starting, and 250/h for AC-4 plugging or inching duty — the AC-4 figure is the one to watch if the application involves frequent reversing or jogging. The auxiliary switch is rated for 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, and 3 A at 400 V. At 230 V the contactor carries a 0.75 hp rating. These ratings define the control-circuit capacity for signaling back to a PLC or pilot device.
