What Fits — Panel & Wiring
The 3RT2015-1AK61-1AA0: Size S00 frame, 45 mm wide, 58 mm tall, 73 mm deep. That depth is the body only — you still need clearance for the coil terminals (screw-type) and any auxiliary block you add on top. That's tight enough for a crowded panel, but don't stack it flush against a bigger contactor or the arc-chamber venting gets compromised. Wire range: solid or stranded 0.5 to 4 mm². For two conductors in one clamp, it accepts 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or 2x 4 mm². That covers most control-circuit and small-power wiring in a standard panel — no need for pin terminals if you're terminating ferruled stranded, but the spring-force is designed for the listed cross-sections.
Auxiliary Contact & Switching Duty
The contactor ships with an auxiliary switch built in. That's one less block to order separately. The auxiliary contact ratings are given per voltage: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 48 V and 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.9 A at 125 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 3 A at 400 V, and 0.14 A at 440 V. These are resistive-load figures — if you're switching an inductive PLC input or a small relay coil, derate by at least 30% or add a flyback diode.
Environmental & Mounting
The storage figure governs handling during shipping and warehouse idle — the contactor won't degrade in a cold truck, but you can't run it at -55 °C. Mounting position is standing on a horizontal surface; any other orientation reduces the rated current and requires derating.
