SIRIUS S00 direct starter — supplied contactor and breaker
The 3RA2110-0BA15-1AK6 is a SIRIUS non-fused direct starter in size S00, combining a supplied contactor (3RT2015-1AK61) and circuit-breaker (3RV2011-0BA10) as a pre-assembled load feeder.
Mounting and panel integration
Occupies 45 mm width on the DIN rail with a 97.1 mm depth and 167.2 mm height — fits standard S00 feeder spacing. Clearance requirements: 20 mm upward, 10 mm downward, 9 mm at the side, zero forward or backward. Degree of pollution 3 means the unit is rated for conductive pollution environments typical in industrial control panels.
Rated values and operating conditions
Rated insulation voltage 690 V, AC-3 switching duty at 690 V maximum. Operating frequency 50/60 Hz. Power dissipation at 400 V is 60 W, at 500 V 60 W, at 690 V 90 W — the thermal load rises with voltage. Ambient operating range -20 to +60 °C; storage and transport range -50 to +80 °C. The wider storage envelope allows the unit to sit on the shelf in unheated warehouses without degradation.
Lifecycle and sourcing
Supplied as a complete assembly with contactor and circuit-breaker; the auxiliary switch extension is available (product extension auxiliary switch: Yes). Main contact wiring accepts 0.5 to 4 mm² stranded or 2x (20-16) AWG.
