That's useful when you're shoehorning it into a tight retrofit panel where the rail is already populated. Wire range accepts solid or stranded 1…10 mm² for the power circuit; auxiliary terminals take 2x (0.5…1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75…2.5 mm²). That side clearance is tighter than some — if you're packing contactors side-by-side, check that 6 mm gap is maintained for heat dissipation.
Duty Cycle and Mechanical Life
Rated for 1,000 operations per hour in AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e duty; drops to 300 ops/h in AC-4 (plugging/reversing). That AC-4 limit is the one that matters if you're jogging or inching a load — don't plan on cycling faster than 5 per minute under those conditions.
Environmental Range
That -25 °C floor is worth noting for unheated warehouses or outdoor enclosures in cold climates — the contactor will pick and hold at that temperature as long as the coil voltage stays above the 0.8 x Uc dropout threshold.
