S0 frame, 24 VDC coil, screw terminals
The 3RT2026-1BB44: This is a SIRIUS S0-frame power contactor with a 24 VDC screw-type coil. The coil draws 6 A at 24 V rated value. No built-in auxiliary switch — the contactor ships without one. Main contact screw terminals accept solid or stranded wire from 1 to 10 mm². For dual-wire termination, use 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²). The main contact screw torque range is 16 to 8 Nm.
Mounting and clearance: DIN rail with flexible orientation
Fastens by screw or snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715. Mounting position allows +/-180° rotation on a vertical surface and +/-22.5° tilt forward/backward. Required clearances: 10 mm upwards, 10 mm forwards, 10 mm downwards, 6 mm at the side. Dimensions: 151 mm depth, 45 mm width, 85 mm height.
Switching frequency and mechanical life
Maximum switching rates: 1,000 operations/hour at AC-1, 750/h at AC-2 and AC-3, 250/h at AC-4. At AC-3e the maximum is also 750/h. Typical mechanical life is 10,000,000 operations. The arcing time is 10 to 10 ms, and the DC operating time is 15 to 18 ms.
Environmental limits and auxiliary contact ratings
Operating temperature range: -25 to +60 °C. Storage range: -55 to +80 °C. Auxiliary contact ratings at 24 V: 6 A; at 48 V: 2 A; at 60 V: 2 A; at 110 V: 1 A; at 125 V: 0.9 A; at 220 V: 0.3 A; at 400 V: 3 A. At 230 V the rating is 3 hp.
