The Siemens 3VA1032-2ED46-0AA0 is a SENTRON 4-pole molded case circuit breaker rated 32 A continuous at 40 °C, with a TM210 thermal-magnetic release for line protection. Its interrupting capacity hits 52.5 kA at 240 V and 32 kA at 415 V, so it clears high-fault currents in a 4-wire distribution panel without cascading upstream. The 70 mm depth and 101.6 mm width fit standard SENTRON mounting footprints — no panel rework needed for a like-for-like swap.
The 32 A rating holds flat from 40 °C to 50 °C, then derates to 31 A at 55 °C and 30 A at 70 °C — useful for a warm enclosure without oversizing. At 690 V the interrupting capacity is still 7.5 kA, enough for most industrial line-side faults. The TM210 release gives a fixed thermal pickup and magnetic trip, so no field adjustment — set it and forget it.
Four poles handle three-phase plus neutral switching — no separate N-conductor protection module needed. Power loss is 10.6 W maximum, so ventilation in a sealed cabinet is advisable if multiple breakers are ganged.
