40 A, 3-pole motor-protection MCCB with ETU350M trip unit
It carries a breaking capacity of 187 kA at 240 V, 121 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 75.6 kA at 500 V, and 17 kA at 690 V — covering most industrial line-to-line fault levels up to the 690 V tier.
The 40 A rating is flat from 40 °C through 50 °C, then derates slightly to 38.4 A at 55 °C, 37.6 A at 60 °C, 36.8 A at 65 °C, and 36 A at 70 °C. For a panel that runs warm — say a 55 °C internal ambient — the breaker still holds 38.4 A continuous, so a 40 A motor FLA is fine as long as the actual load current stays under that derated ceiling.
The depth of 86 mm leaves clearance behind the door for wiring and auxiliary connections.
