DC-rated 4-pole MCB for infrastructure and residential panels
The Siemens SENTRON 5SL5432-7RC is a 4-pole miniature circuit breaker with C-curve tripping characteristic, rated 32 A at 30 °C and derated to 25.9 A at 60 °C. The 4-pole design (4 modular width units at 72 mm wide) suits three-phase-plus-neutral DC distribution in residential and infrastructure panels, where the C-curve handles moderate inrush from lighting and small motor loads without nuisance tripping.
Current derating and thermal behavior
Rated current drops from 32 A at 30 °C to 30.1 A at 40 °C, 29.1 A at 45 °C, 28.5 A at 50 °C, 27.2 A at 55 °C, and 25.9 A at 60 °C.
The 72 mm width (4 MW units) and 90 mm height fit standard SENTRON enclosures. Sealable for tamper-proofing in metered or shared-access panels.
