DC-rated miniature circuit breaker for residential and infrastructure panels
It interrupts faults up to 10 kA, making it suitable for DC distribution in residential buildings and infrastructure applications where DC bus or string protection is needed. At 32 A, that's a magnetic trip between 160 A and 320 A, which avoids nuisance trips on startup while still clearing hard faults fast. Rated 220 V DC with a 10 kA interrupting capacity, this breaker handles the higher arc-stress of DC circuits compared to equivalent AC ratings. The single-pole design switches the line only; neutral is not switched, which is standard for DC-minus or DC-return configurations.
Standard 1-MU DIN-rail footprint with full touch protection
Occupying one modular width unit (18 mm wide, 90 mm tall, 76 mm deep) with a 70 mm installation depth, it snaps onto standard DIN rail (EN 60715) and mounts in any position. Touch protection is built in (fingertip-safe terminals per VDE 0106), and the breaker is sealable — useful for utility or rental metering applications where tamper evidence is required.
