The FRN030F1S-4DY: The 30 HP / 460 V rating is the motor output capacity at the drive terminals. For a pump application, that means it will comfortably handle a 30 HP NEMA B pump motor on a 460 V three-phase supply. The 460 V class is standard for North American industrial mains; the drive will also accept 380–480 V within its operating window. The FRENIC-ECO Pump firmware handles the V/Hz curve and slip compensation for centrifugal loads, so the drive doesn't need an external PID controller for basic pressure or level control.
Integration notes
Mounts in a standard panel enclosure — the FRENIC-ECO frame size for 30 HP is a panel-mount unit with gland-plate entry for power and control wiring. The F1-DY variant includes the pump-specific I/O terminals (analog input for transducer, digital inputs for start/stop and fault reset) pre-assigned. No option card is required for basic pump duty; the built-in RS-485 Modbus RTU port handles SCADA or BMS communication.
