Controller fit and panel integration
The Fuji Electric PXF4ABA2-MB1A1 is a 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed and self-tuning capability. The 1/16 DIN cutout is the standard panel-mount footprint for single-loop control, so it drops into an existing panel opening without rework. The 50ms sampling rate is fast enough for thermal processes like extrusion barrel zones or packaging seal bars, where the controller needs to respond to a thermocouple step change within a couple of power-line cycles.
