What this controller does on your line
The Fuji Electric PXF4ABY2-0BKA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) temperature and process controller that samples every 50 ms — fast enough to catch thermal overshoot on a heat-seal bar or a small oven zone before the process drifts. Self-tuning means it adapts PID parameters during the first warm-up cycle, so you don't need to calculate gains manually for each SKU changeover.
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) cutout is standard for panel-mount controllers; depth behind the panel is compact enough for shallow enclosures.
