The Fuji Electric PXF4ABY2-JBMA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. The self-tuning algorithm auto-adjusts PID parameters on startup, so you don't need to manually calculate gains for each zone — it learns the thermal response curve and sets itself.
Panel Fit
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) faceplate fits the standard panel cutout. Depth behind the panel is compact enough for shallow enclosures. Spring-cage terminals accept 0.2–2.5 mm² solid or ferruled stranded wire — strip length 8 mm to avoid whiskers under the cage. No special tooling needed; a standard screwdriver opens the cage.
