Compact 1/16 DIN controller for temperature and process loops
The PXF4ABY2-MVMA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. The self-tuning algorithm auto-adjusts PID parameters on startup, so you can drop it into a zone without manual loop tuning.
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) cutout matches standard panel-mount controllers — it slides into the same hole as any Omron E5CC or Watlow EZ-Zone of the same form factor. The 50 ms sampling is fast enough for most thermal loops but not for high-speed infrared pyrometry; if you need sub-10 ms response, this isn't the part. For ovens, furnaces, packaging heat-seal zones, and plastic extruder barrels, it's a direct fit.
