The PXF4ACA2-FBJA1 is a Fuji Electric self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That 50 ms loop rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or small furnace zones — standard 1/16 DIN controllers often sample at 100 ms or slower, so this one closes the loop tighter on rapid heating/cooling cycles.
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) panel cutout is the standard small-controller footprint — fits existing panel punches without rework. Spring-cage or screw terminals on the rear accept 0.2–2.5 mm² solid/stranded wire; strip length around 8 mm avoids whiskers under the clamp.
