The PXF4ACA2-JBMA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms sampling means the controller updates its PID output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough to catch thermal overshoot in small ovens, injection-mold nozzles, or packaging seal bars where a slower loop would let temperature drift between cycles.
Where it goes in a panel
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) cutout fits standard panel-mount enclosures. Spring-cage terminals on the back accept 0.2–2.5 mm² solid or ferruled stranded wire; strip length of 8 mm avoids whiskers under the cage. Mount close to the sensor input — long unshielded thermocouple runs pick up noise that the 50ms loop can't filter.
