PXF4ACA2-MVVA1 Temperature Controller, 1/16 DIN, 50ms

The PXF4ACA2-MVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms sampling means it catches fast thermal transients — useful on injection-molding nozzles or small heated rollers where a standard 100ms loop would overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm auto-adjusts PID parameters during the first heat-up, so commissioning time drops to one setpoint entry and a ramp. The 1/16 DIN form factor (48 x 48mm panel cutout) fits standard panel punch patterns; it slides into a DIN-rail mounting adapter or a panel cutout with the supplied clamp. For a panel OEM, that means no custom milling — it drops into the same hole as every other 1/16 DIN instrument.
