PXF4ACC2-JBJA1 Temperature Controller, 1/16 DIN, Self-Tuning

The Fuji Electric PXF4ACC2-JBJA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms sampling means it can track fast thermal processes — think injection molding nozzle zones or small furnace elements — where a slower 100ms or 250ms loop would let temperature overshoot or lag. The self-tuning algorithm auto-calculates PID constants on startup, saving the commissioning engineer from manual loop tuning.
