What it is and what it does
The Fuji Electric PXF4ACC2-JVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms loop time means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or small furnace zones where a slower controller would overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm learns the process gain and time constant on startup, so you don't have to sit there with a stopwatch and a calculator tuning PID manually.
Where it fits in the panel
The 1/16 DIN form factor (48mm square panel cutout) is the standard for multi-loop panels where you need four or eight controllers in a row. It snaps into a standard DIN rail adapter or panel mount bracket — no custom machining. The shallow depth leaves room behind the panel for the wiring trough and the power supply.
