What this controller does for a panel
The Fuji PXF4ACE2-0BKA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) temperature and process controller that samples at 50ms — fast enough for thermal loops on extruder barrels, packaging seal bars, or oven zones where overshoot costs scrap. It fits the standard 1/16 DIN panel cutout (45 x 45mm per IEC 61554), so it drops into existing control-panel holes without re-punching the gland plate.
What the 50ms sampling means on the line
The self-tuning algorithm auto-calculates P, I, and D terms on startup, so you don't need a laptop to tune it for a new zone. Rough for a mill environment where commissioning time is tight.
