The Fuji Electric PXF4ACE2-0V1A1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms cycle means it catches thermal transients in fast-responding processes like injection molding or small-oven zones where a standard 250ms controller would lag the setpoint.
Panel fit
Mounts in a standard 1/16 DIN panel cutout (45 x 45mm). The 48 x 48mm bezel leaves a 1.5mm gap per side for gasket sealing — verify the panel thickness against the clamp range before cutting. Depth behind the panel is typical for this class; allow clearance for the rear terminal block and wiring bend radius.
