What it is and what it does
The Fuji PXF4ACE2-FBVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients — useful on injection-molding barrels, extrusion zones, or any process where a slow loop lets temperature overshoot past the setpoint before the PID corrects.
Deployment context
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) panel cutout is the standard small-controller footprint — fits the same hole as a Fuji PXR or a Yokogawa UT35. Panel depth is shallow enough that it clears a typical 100mm-deep enclosure backplate without crowding the terminal blocks behind it.
