PXF4ACE2-FVJA1 – 1/16 DIN Temperature & Process Controller
The Fuji Electric PXF4ACE2-FVJA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. The self-tuning algorithm dials in PID parameters automatically, so you don't need a controls engineer to commission it on a simple oven or packaging sealer.
The 1/16 DIN form factor (48 x 48 mm) slides into a standard panel cutout—common in small ovens, environmental chambers, packaging machines, and industrial process skids. The 50 ms sampling is fast enough for electric heaters and most thermal processes; if you're controlling a gas-fired burner or a rapid-cooling loop, verify that the response time matches your process dynamics.
