What this controller is and what it does
The Fuji Electric PXF4ACE2-FVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms sampling rate means it updates the control output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for thermal processes like injection molding, extrusion, or packaging seal bars where overshoot and settling time matter. The self-tuning algorithm auto-adjusts PID parameters during the first heat-up cycle, so you don't need to manually calculate gain, integral, or derivative values for most loads.
