What it is and what it does
The PXF4ACE2-JBVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller from Fuji Electric, with a 50ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients — useful on injection-molding nozzles, small ovens, or any process where a standard 100ms loop would lag behind the actual temperature swing.
Panel fit
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) cutout is the standard panel-mount footprint for temperature controllers — drops into the same hole as any other 1/16 DIN unit. Depth behind the panel is tight; allow clearance for the rear terminals and any optional communications card.
