The Fuji Electric PXF4ACP2-0BKA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms cycle means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or packaging seal bars where a slower loop would overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm auto-adjusts PID parameters on startup — saves the integrator a manual tuning session on the line.
Where it fits in the panel
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) cutout is a standard panel-mount footprint — drops into the same hole as any other 1/16 DIN controller. Depth behind the panel is tight enough for shallow enclosures; no DIN-rail adapter required. The 50ms sampling speed is fast enough for most thermal loops but not for pressure or flow control — keep that in mind when assigning the loop to this slot.
