Controller fit and sampling speed
The PXF4ACP2-JBJA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed — fast enough to catch thermal transients in injection molding or packaging seal-bar applications where a standard 100ms loop would lag.
Panel integration
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) cutout fits standard panel punches. Self-tuning algorithm means no manual PID gain scheduling on startup — set the setpoint and let the controller converge.
