What this controller delivers on a panel
The PXF4ACR2-JV1A1 is a compact 1/16 DIN (48x48mm) temperature and process controller that self-tunes the PID loop and samples at 50 ms — fast enough for thermal processes with short time constants like injection-mold barrel zones or small reflow ovens. Control output 1 is an SSR drive signal (pulsed DC for solid-state relay gate), and control output 2 is a current retransmission (4-20 mA typical) that mirrors the process value or set point to a PLC, recorder, or remote indicator. Two independent alarm outputs share a common terminal but have separate logic — you can assign one to absolute high and the other to deviation low, for example, without external relay logic. Power supply is the standard 100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz range, so it drops into a North American panel without a separate step-down transformer.
Programming and compliance context
The unit ships with North American Code programming — expect Fahrenheit or Celsius display scaling and alarm conventions aligned to US/Canadian practice, not the IEC default.
Mounting and wiring note
The 1/16 DIN cutout (45x45 mm panel hole) is standard for retrofit into existing controller panels; the 48x48 mm bezel covers the cutout. Depth behind the panel is typically under 100 mm on this series, leaving room for terminal blocks in a shallow enclosure.
