The Fuji Electric PXF4ACR2-MBSA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature and process controller. Its 50 ms sampling speed means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or extrusion zones where a standard 100–250 ms controller would lag behind the actual temperature curve.
Where it fits
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) footprint drops into the standard panel cutout — same hole as any other 1/16 DIN controller, so no need to re-cut the panel if you're swapping out an older unit. The compact depth leaves room behind the door for wiring and optional SSR heatsinks.
