Panel fit and signal integrity
The PXF4ACR2-MVSA1: The 1/16 DIN cutout (45 x 45 mm panel hole) is the standard for compact panel-mount controllers — it fits the same punch as every other 1/16 DIN controller, so swapping an older unit into an existing panel cutout requires no rework. The 50 ms sampling is fast enough to give a clean signal on a thermocouple or RTD input, but if you're running this near a VFD or contactor panel, keep the sensor wiring shielded and grounded at the controller end only — the 50 ms update won't filter out a 4 kHz VFD carrier riding on an unshielded run.
