What it is and what it does
The PXF4ACS2-FBSA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller from Fuji Electric. Its 50ms sampling speed means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or packaging heat-seal bars, where a slower controller would let the temperature overshoot before the PID loop reacts.
Where it fits in a panel
The 1/16 DIN cutout (45 x 45mm panel opening) is the standard footprint for a single-loop controller. It slides into a panel cutout and secures with the supplied mounting bracket — no DIN rail required. The shallow 48mm body depth leaves room behind the panel for wiring ducts and terminal blocks.
