The Fuji Electric PXF4AEA2-0VVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature and process controller. Its 50 ms sampling speed means it catches fast thermal transients — useful for thin-film extrusion, injection mold cavity control, or any process where a standard 100–250 ms loop would let a temperature spike pass before the PID corrects. The self-tuning algorithm auto-calculates PID gains on startup, so you don't need to manually Zeigler-Nichols a loop for every zone.
The 1/16 DIN cutout (45 x 45 mm panel opening) is the standard footprint for multi-zone temperature control panels. You can pack four of these across a 19-inch sub-panel width. Depth behind the panel is shallow enough that it doesn't crowd the terminal blocks behind it — a common pain with taller controllers in crowded enclosures.
