The Fuji Electric PXF4AEA2-FVSA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. The 50ms sampling rate means it can track fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or small furnace zones where a standard 100ms or 250ms controller would lag behind the setpoint. The self-tuning algorithm auto-calculates PID parameters on the first heat-up, reducing commissioning time on repetitive thermal loads.
