The PXF4AEC2-MB1A1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms loop rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or packaging seal bars where a standard 100ms controller would lag. The self-tuning algorithm auto-sets PID parameters on startup, so you don't need a commissioning engineer to dial it in.
