Controller identity and sampling speed
The Fuji Electric PXF4AER2-FBKA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms sampling rate means the controller updates its PID loop output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough to catch thermal transients in small ovens, extruder zones, or packaging seal bars where a slower controller would overshoot or lag.
Panel integration
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) panel cutout is a standard footprint across temperature controller families. Mounts into a standard DIN-rail panel via the included bracket or clips into a panel cutout. Verify the panel depth clearance for the rear terminals before cutting — the 50ms sampling engine generates negligible internal heat, so no derating for adjacent units in a crowded enclosure.
